Jeremy L, our strata agent along with the building manager Ms. Joclyn A. are probably two of the most incompetent individuals I have dealt with. Jeremy simply either doesn't respond to emails or lies about sending them when confronted and keeps buying his time but delay to answer questions/concerns. Ms. Joclyn A who works at the Erickson, is simply a very rude and lazy indidivual.
