Me and my family have been her for 4 years I really appreciate the front office they have been very transparent Cristy yaya just everyone there has been great to us they always treated nice anything comes up they have been on it this year alone has been freaking fantastic thank y’all so much for the help
Currently on my second lease and I have no major complaints! Since Allmark has taken over they have done a lot over the last few months to improve and upgrade the property. The maintenance team is 10x better, the women in the office are beyond helpful, very professional and kind people. They are doing their best to rebuild the community. If this property doesn’t wow you, they also own the Lodge at 777 which is a very beautiful and updated property!
I am a new resident here and they have been very attentive to my needs! Very quick to respond to maintenance needs and the front staff is absolutely amazing!

I’ve lived at Erica’s Apartments for 2 years and absolutely love it! The staff — Taylor, Brook, Krissy, and Yaya — are amazing, and maintenance requests are handled fast. The new owners have painted the whole complex, added fun community events, and kept great amenities like the gym, pool, and pet-friendly spaces. Safe, beautiful, and well-run — best place I’ve ever lived! ---
