Just moved units at The Erica and Yaya in the office was super helpful along with maintenance who helped me move a heavy suitcase upstairs. the units are clean and have great features and the staff is always helpful and kind when I've dealt with them in the past year.
I recently relocated to OKC from TX and had been looking for a place in a nice area and thank God I found it! Brooklyn apt manager with the Erica was great she worked with me even stayed late to ensure I got keys etc! my place is nice the area is quite working class leave here! I am looking forward to a dwelling peaceful at the Erica!
I have lived in many apartments in my lifetime here in Oklahoma City And I have never been treated so nice and fair as I was treated here at The Erica. Yaya, Brooklyn and Taylor all three have been absolutely wonderful and so much help With the application process . I am looking forward to moving in on the 13th of this month. The apartment homes are beautiful, The parking lots are clean and kept up. I love the fact that there is a gate for security. I highly recommend The Erica apartments...
Great place to live maintenance requests are always answered quickly , super clean and quiet and the office staff is always so helpful and friendly it also helps that they speak Spanish !! Never had any issues in the year I’ve lived here .
I’ve been living here since new management took over, my experience has been outstanding with the staff and communication, especially With a superb maintenance team. I would highly recommend moving to this property if you are looking or know somebody who needs a place, the community is great. They have events quite often, a workout room. They have cameras all over the property and keep an eye on people and take care of their community.
