I Love The Staff Here! They Are So Kind & Understanding! Yaya Helped Me With My Move In Process. & Brooklyn Is Great. She’s Patient & Understanding. I’ve only had to do 1 work order & they came within 2 days. Which I loved! Overall I will continue to make this my home. It’s truly the people that make it a little downhill. Driving fast through the apartments…. Also not using the gates properly. There impatient and go out whichever one is quickest. When there’s an exit & an entrance they don’t listen. Me and my family have been her for 4 years I really appreciate the front office they have been very transparent Cristy yaya and Brooke just everyone there has been great to us they always treated nice anything comes up they have been on it this year alone has been freaking fantastic thank y’all so much for the help
I will be moving on the 19th of September to the Erica. The entire process of applying and getting approved has been the best. They were all so helpful in the office. I went up there because I was having problems online. They fixed it all up that day and a few hours later I got my approval. I am really looking forward to my new home at The Erica. If you are looking this is the best you can find!!!!!
Lived here for 2 years; the office staff is super helpful & friendly! The new management & renovations are also a huge improvement.
