I have had amazing 5 star experiences at this ER in the past. They are never crowded and always take me back so quickly. A few days ago I visited and they wouldn’t let my husband back. Also none of the staff greeted me or introduced themselves when coming into my room- no temp was taken, my IV was extremely painful, and made me feel like I was insulting them just by being there that night. I was already so sick and miserable. So this was just a crappy experience.
I will never go back to this ER again your male DR at 730pm tonight is very disrepectful torwards people and completely blew off other patents and told them he is not worried about this
Incredible staff, supportive, knowledgeable, and kind. I am so thankful that I came here and was cared for so well. Thank you!!
Knowledgeable and fast. What else could you want from an Emergency room. Highly recommended!
