The process of getting lending with Steve was very easy. However once documents needed to be sent over, signed, reviewed, changed it was very hard to get ahold of him. Found lots of errors often and had to keep going back and forth with him to get things correct in order to sign. Fast forward a year later I reached out to him to let him know his calculations and numbers screwed my husband and I as mortgage went up $600/month due to them not calculating enough for our escrow account.
