I had a great experience working with Highlands Residential Mortgage, especially Steve Calabrese. Steve and his team were extremely responsive, transparent, and patient throughout the pre-approval process and while reviewing multiple scenarios. What stood out most was their availability, they were willing to help over weekends and even during the holidays, which made a big difference. Communication was always clear and professional. 10/10 would recommend Highlands Resedential Mortgage.
Steve was great! It was our first time buying a home and he made the process easy. We had so many questions and he answered each one and walked us through every step of the way. It was almost a year process and he helped us get our finances in order so when we were ready to officially buy, we would be set up for success. I could not recommend him or Highlands enough.
