This place is a joke they are rude, unprofessional and don't communicate for nothing DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE CROOKS. Somebody needs to get Gephardt on them

I CANNOT say how much I hate this company. My husband and I have been harassed and threatened for being as little as one week late on a payment. The manager had the nerve to tell my husband that he needs to grow up. There is no professionalism here whatsoever. I cannot say enough how RUDE this agency is. Tatianna in particular is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever had to associate myself with.
I was desperate to get a “newer”used car. So I came to this company 2 years ago. It’s like I signed my soul to the devil!!!! They absolutely rip you off til they strip you of all your dignity! And it’s only a car loan!!! They continually call me to pay USUALLY a week before my due date !!! And then if I don’t pay early they continue to call until my due date. Two years later and with such high interest ... I somehow owe more now than what I got the loan for!!!! I’m sooooo dumb!!! Please learn from my mistake!!! Run far away ... read more
