After opening a personal checking and savings account, I received a thank you note in the mail. Nice touch for a bank to do that!
Now there lobby is closed so I have to wait in line longer at the window. Update: I cannot spend more than $1000 a day on my business debit card. Business a $1000 purchase is nothing. And this is my money they won't let me spend more than $1000 a day on my card. Time to get a new bank.
Verbal harrassment and verbal threatening of employees in front of customers by the manager at the west allis branch on a regular basis. Management here is disgusting.
