I cannot recommend Stacy Elder, owner of The Epilation Clinic, highly enough! I travel all the way from Richmond, VA, to Baltimore, MD, because her expertise and care are absolutely worth it. The results I’ve achieved with her are outstanding—her skill and precision as an electrologist are unmatched. I had a terrible experience at the Epilation Clinic. After entering the office and removing my mask, Stacey Elder criticized and insulted the appearance of my facial hair so ruthlessly in front of her office manager that I broke down and started to sob. She made me feel grotesque and foolish before even asking about my history or what my gender journey has been like - instead she just "couldn't believe I had been walking around looking like that". I have been going to the Epilation Clinic for electrolysis and have always received outstanding treatment and customer service. Stacey is a phenomenal Electrologist, and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. From the first day I contacted this business she has been really nice and and knowledgeable about electrolysis. I will continue to use this business. Definitely 5 STARS!!!
