Please be aware that their king beds are more like in between a queen and mini king. I’m 6’2” and my head touches the headboard and feet at edge of bed but can reach both ends of mattress if I spread my arms. The width is way shorter than the length. The rooms are compact for a luxury hotel but noisy being close to the road and bridge plus night club rooftop bar. Restaurant is slow so be prepared for an hour to get your breakfast even if you’re the only one seated.
Spectacular hotel and location with perfect views right on the harbor. Our room overlooked the water and was spacious and modern. The staff was very accommodating, and the rooftop restaurant had good food and amazing views. Within walking distance to fine dining and shopping. We upgraded our room and we're so happy we did, it was worth it!
ABANDONED with no staff in the lobby. The front desk was vacant when we arrived late and wanted to check in. There was no bell, no sign to wait, and NOBODY in the lobby. We needed two keys, but after 10 minutes of waiting, figured out how to mobile check-in and reached our room on our own. What kind of understaffed hotel has ZERO staff present late at night? Unacceptable -
