I found Dr Ruben by referral. He is excellent. He listens and then takes all the time needed to manage my health issues. Minor as they may be. The new premises look great.
I just wanted to thank Doctor Reuben and the female receptionists at his practice. I am a new patient, had lost all the scripts he gave, got very upset and it came to his attention. He called me immediately to make sure I was okay and to get me what I needed without me even contacting him. My mother would like to recommend the physio, Ravnita Rawal. Mum says that Rav is very nice and she's happy with the treatment she has been receiving for the past few months.

Absolutely disgusting service from the senior receptionist with black hair to about her shoulders. So condescending and treats people horribly. Why work in customer service? Edit: I brought my niece in as my sister had to work. Questioning whether I’m a patient or not just shows the kind of place this is. By disregarding a customers dissatisfaction and turning it back around on them. Who does that?
