I just wanted to thank Doctor Reuben and the female receptionists at his practice. I am a new patient, had lost all the scripts he gave, got very upset and it came to his attention. He called me immediately to make sure I was okay and to get me what I needed without me even contacting him. I had stormed into the surgery and demanded information, was offered a consult with Doctor Reuben straight asway however I was extremely anxious and walked out like a rude customer ! I'm so sorry. Dr. Ruben was extremely impatient, short-tempered and abrasive during a phone call this morning, when I was calling to help sort out a medications issue pertaining to one of my disability clients. Not impressed at all! There was no understanding, empathy, or patience on his end. I'll never be calling this centre again.

They don't accept new patients even after Doctors got a triple pay rise at the end of 2023. Greedy doctors.
Absolutely disgusting service from the senior receptionist with black hair to about her shoulders. So condescending and treats people horribly. Why work in customer service? Edit: I brought my niece in as my sister had to work. Questioning whether I’m a patient or not just shows the kind of place this is. By disregarding a customers dissatisfaction and turning it back around on them. Who does that?
