Not sure what $22 for liqueur & lemon juice is to anyone, but labelling it a ‘Margarita’ & throwing in a piece of lime isn’t what I would call a cocktail. Really disappointing when asking the bar men where the extra ingredients were, to have “that’s just how WE make it” as a response. Would highly recommend watching your cocktails be made before paying $22+ for some juice.
I’m a local that lives at the entrance. Haven’t been down to the entrance hotel or the old bottom pub for quite awhile. Went there for lunch today. 14th of January 2026. The prices are absolutely outrageous. I paid $14.90 for a schooner of alcoholic ginger beer up the road at the Lakes Hotel $9.50 the food $35 for barramundi was disgusting obviously if you go there, you’ve got too much money.
Noisy, crowded, unsupervised kids running rampant everywhere. You can't hear people at your own table. 2 of us had the fish tacos and for both, they were inedible. We won't be back
