just spent 100 dollars on a taxi to be told all boat hire canceled would of been nice to get a email letting us know. our boat hire was at 12. so they had plenty of time REPLY: we booked over the phone and provided an email address to whoever it was who took the booking. I'm presuming she would have entered it on to your system
Unfortunately, the worst customer experience ever! I’ve lived here my whole life and took a BBQ boat out for the first time, the owner is so rude and cranky it’s embarrassing.
We experienced an emergency on the boat involving our family, and the reception staff member was incredibly helpful, caring, and compassionate throughout the situation. She provided first aid and also offered much needed emotional support, which meant a lot to us. We are extremely grateful for her kindness and for the support of the entire team during a very stressful time. Thankyou 😊
