What I witnessed on the weekend from the Lady owner abusing traffic control who were doing there best to assist the customers for the Boat shed was appalling she was rude, swearing and throwing her hands around. I wouldn’t even buy an ice cream from there with that attitude.
Exceptional Service & Care! I can’t thank the team at The Entrance Boat Hire enough! When my husband accidentally got a hook stuck in his thumb, they went above and beyond to help him out. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive during a stressful moment. Fantastic customer service and a wonderful team, we highly recommend them! Thank you guys!
Seen a few negative reviews pressing the customer service at this place but we got there first thing in the morning and found that they are very nice people including the woman in office sorry I forgot your name but you were of great help for us . Very strongly recommend these guys . If it’s your first time don’t stress it’s straight forward and the guys will instruct you . Thank you guys for an amazing experience!
Last Sunday Had a great experience hiring a boat here. Toni and The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. The boats were well maintained, the prices were very reasonable, and the location is fantastic with plenty of great fishing spots nearby. Highly recommend this boat hire company and will definitely be back! I would recommend everyone to visit this place Thanks Sunday 02/08 / 2026 Bassem Jamous And the family
