Went in, got a boat, came back, got deposit back. No issues, easy
Definitely will be back, had an awesome 2 hours out on the half cabin boat. It was definitely the highlight of our weekend, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Although I red through some reviews of the place beforehand, I disagree with a lot of what people say, these guys are super cool and helpful, we will be back. Cheers guys. Stay safe Branden 😁
Father’s Day Ruined – What a Scam! This was supposed to be a special Father’s Day, but this boat hire turned it into a complete nightmare. They happily took my $100 deposit but did not provide proper instructions. The receptionist was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and downright unfair — the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
