Whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC Trust me i was a customer for over 40 years. My mother called and cancelled an appointment that i already had in place, they accepted the cancellation and to reschedule my appointment so i should have the appointment with my mother at the same time and they did this behind my back What kind of clinic does that?? My experience with this ENT Specialty clinic in Westmount has been nothing but positive. The people at the reception have been kind and attentive and never impatient or rude. My appointments, so far, have always been on time (the most I've had to wait is 15 minutes--once) and taking appointments is just as pleasant, usually within a couple of weeks from the time I request it. Kudos to ENT: always efficient, organized and friendly from appointment reminder to the way the staff greet and support everyone visiting this medical center. Special shout out to Piruthuvy, audiologist at the clinic: very knowledgeable, answered all my questions clearly, explained the nature of the various components of the exam without rushing and a very pleasant person to interact with.
