Dr Payne is fantastic, you can tell he is an expert at what he does I wish he were more attentive to symptoms patients feel despite benign results. On two occasions I tried calling him and everytime he would call me back whenever I would share how I feel in terms of symptoms and how I don't feel like myself, he dismissed me the 2 times saying my results were benign and how I feel has nothing to do with my thyroid and that he is a very busy person who has to call people with actual Thyroid Cancer. En étant de Québec, j’ai sans hésitation fait un appel et obtenu un rendez-vous en 4 jours, un service irréprochable de cette clinique. Dr.Zarruk a pris le temps de monter mon dossier, d’expliquer comment ça fonctionne, on m’a pris en charge et c’est très rassurant. Je le recommande fortement. The clinic's administration is superb! They follow up voice messages with prompt replies, and even went out of their way to find the earliest/best option for me. This is exceptionally caring – and rare – customer service! The doctor was reassuring and very thorough regarding my vocal cord issue. He provided the info I needed and scheduled the next step. This ENT Dr. David Chan i went today made me feel very comfortable explained to me my problem after I had been at an emergency room 3 times waited till my open faucet nose bleed. I high recommend this clinic it part of Brunswick Medical called Lobe clinic. I went to NDG. Thank you for everything and the friendly staff receptionist.
