0 stars for parking but, 5 stars for Casey who successfully removed the sound blocking wax from my ears! Be prepared to arrive an hour early! I traversed the parking lot for building 1 along with at least 50 other cars who were all trying to find a spot to park. Then I did the same for bldg one (the hospital). Finally found a spot on the other side of bldg 1 in the last row. Then I began the long walk to bldg 2 in the pouring rain. The whole parking and hiking process took 38 min. When I was checking out I was told One procedure was not covered by insurance. I think that needs to be addressed before they do it. $250. It's very steep, I am NOT happy about this at all
