Went to The Ensuite for the first time today and what a disappointment! Will never go again, I was there for about 25 min, nobody said hello, nobody came to ask if I need help and when I asked for help at the desk on the right of the front entrance girl / lady looked like I was speaking another language and was bothered that I asked if there is anybody who can help us, worse service ever!
