Thier endless product selection ensures you can get the product you desire. One of the many reasons we don't deal with anyone else!
I got the feeling that the staff at the The Ensuit don't want to really want to help you. First their hours are terrible if you work a 9-5 job they aren't open evenings and weekends. Once you walk in no one greets you. No one ever approaches you to ask if you need help. Alot of the staff members just stared at us. It felt very uncomfortable as if we were not wanted there. Walked in here because we are ready to pull the trigger on a Reno. Walked through the entire store without a single employee greeting us or speaking to us. Every single person just walked past us without even acknowledging we were there. I guess we’ll invest our money elsewhere. Disappointing.
We did a whole home reno of our bungalow and Ensuite had pretty much everything we needed (including trouble shooting suggestions) to build two brand new bathrooms. Travis was our guide from the get-go. He is super knowledgable, efficient and friendly. Even now, after the project is finished, we feel we can go to him with any questions and he is there to answer them. Highly recommend!
