I visited Dr. Bansal’s Edison office as a walk-in and was surprised to learn during check-in that they do not accept UnitedHealthcare insurance at this location, even though they reportedly accept the same insurance at some of their other offices. This policy was confusing and did not make sense from a patient’s perspective. Dr. Bansal is so patient and caring. Very responsive when called. He shows a lot of compassion with your needs.
I am very pleased with Dr Bansal. He is thorough and very knowledgeable. He ordered tests that nobody else did and uncovered problems that I had no idea I had.
