I ordered online/through the phone and emails and service was great. But the 5 stars and effort to come write a review is from the service afterwards. I bought the same taps for my kitchen and laundry, both were installed by a licensed plumber but the laundry sprayer wasn't working properly. The help I received from Warren, was probably the best after sales care/support I've ever received. He sent me multiple replacement parts to try, and was happy to video call me and walk me through how to replace the parts and fix the tap... read more
Not for the first time I write to highlight the wonderful after sales service I have received from The English Tapware Company. After ten years of operation, the working component of my Bath taps with overhead Shower mixer needed servicing. I was directed to Warren in the service department. He not only provided a step by step guide, so that I could avoid a costly plumber call out, but sent me the parts that needed changing and made himself available for phone and face time calls to nurse me through the process. My wife and I purchased a considerable amount of and Perrin and Rowe and Acquello bathroom and kitchen hardware from The English Tapware Company 10 years ago. We loved the product then and still do. The business is owned by Stephan Marshall and Susie McNicol manages the Sydney Showroom. I would like to take this opportunity to not only praise the product but to highlight the after sales service. Service was excellent, staff very helpful and knowledgeable, product exceeded our expectations, could not happier.
I’m a plumber that required technical assistance and some follow up parts. The team both showroom and tech support were amazingly helpful. Even when my key staff member was on sick leave the other stuff helped me and were extremely efficient. This is a rare quality for a company in Sydney these days. I really appreciate your help.
