Long story short, purchased new home that was overseen by this company's hired general contractor (quality 1st construction) during building. Had a punch list that was sent to seller to be addressed. Seller said punch list done. Punch list not done. Purchased home with punch list items still awaiting repair. Contractor gave word that he'll address all the issues listed but just give him time.
