Terrible. First they came for the audit and did some sealing of pipes and left a mess. Then they left me with 6 energy saving light bulbs but I noticed their invoice was for 18 bulbs so I think they were overcharging NY taxpayers. Then they took over 6 months for any follow up, made several appts. and broke every one with even a phone call. Now I learn that they have told one of the agencies in NY that I complained to about them that they would be here yesterday or today. Again, no phone call , no show. Great company, I dealt with Ron... They truly care about the customer ..they specialize in saving you.. the customer money Winter is fast approaching why waste precious energy ... Give them a call for an energy audit .. I did and was amazed on how much energy I was wasting... Again thumbs up thank you energy haus
