This company is nothing but scam, they persuaded me to put in a new gas installation in September last year, claimed it was qualified for full gas rebate. And then they disappeared without sending us rebate, me and my partner sent in emails, messages, contacted customer services, but they kept pushing us around different departments and eventually told us they never hear from us. Watch out for this company, homeowners!

I installed a hot water tank with them this year, I paid a higher than normal price but I got ZERO customer service and quality product, their communication is a mess, they charge you extra fees here and there throughout the process, and they have ZERO customer services.

The WORST company I ever worked with, they had no communication, no customer service, and no accountability on their own terms and promises throughout the installation and afterwards, I would NEVER recommend this company since they DO NOT treat home owners in the right way

If I can give ZERO stars I would, this company is very very unprofessional, who has NO accountability or credibility on their services and products. As homeowners, me and my neighbors bought combo gas boilers from them and applied for gas rebate, after the installation, they told us the product was not qualified for the full rebate, which was NOT what they promised us when they installed, we sent in paperworks and evidences waited 5 months, and now they said they never receive them and told us to wait. They contacted me. I followed the instructions. And my check arrived as stated
