Renter beware. This company is renting out bug infested apartments. Not recommended for any services. Renter beware unless you want cockroaches and bed bugs and no real resolve since they have no idea what they're doing and don't get the whole building dealt with. Lying to other new tenants about the situation too was really not cool, zero transparency and zero accountability. Can't wait for them to go under and suffer the consequences of negligence.
The owner is a prick and is nothing short of disrespectful to the people who are keeping him and his family off the streets.
Got a new door installed, 2000$. First winter there is a draft through the bottom and the side where the hinges are. Winter weather came though staining trim around and they still haven't shown up to fix it. A year ago now. Would not recommend them for another door install.
They installed a massive picture window on our house and did a fantastic job. Steve was professional and they worked in a timely manner. Getting them to do the rest of our windows.
