Wow. So they have been asked to cut a tree for 6 years now that is super close to the power pole and transformer. They have said multiple times they would remove it because it is in thier right of way to the pole but never do. Finally it fell and took down the pole and damaged the service drop and they replaced the pole but left my service wires thrown on the ground with no call or even door hanger about what needs to happen to repair the mast and weather head. I figured I would give the electric monopoly coop out here 4+ years before reviewing their product. So here it is! Well, I was hopeful that going from AEP in Columbus to a provider out in the country would be an upgrade. It's not! Over the last 4+ years, we have been without service well more than ALL other providers combined that I have had in my lifetime. Most notables, a week each of the last 2 times.
