Yoga at the Energy Barre offers a practice that is accessible to all - levels. Each instructor leads with care and service to every body that comes into the studio. Each class is thoughtfully and creatively designed by dedicated coaches who bring their own unique personalities and teaching styles while staying true to the Energy Barre philosophy of focus, support, community, and fun.
