Excellent studio with skilled and personable instructors. Clean, modern, and very welcoming. Plenty of class variety and flexible payment options. Highly recommended!
I did Club Lift with Meghan and it was awesome! She is really knowledgeable and all the intervals felt approachable but definitely some were moves I hadn’t done before! I will definitely be back and am excited about continuing my strength progress with her!
