why did they close?
I've lived with neurological issues in my back and neck for years. I've had numerous surgeries to help correct some of the conditions. The latest one being a surgery for a herniated disc L5-S1 in Aug. of 2014. I was going to physical therapy twice a week at a medical rehab center. My progress was slow at best. I originally decided to come to the Energy Bar to work on the BioDensity machine to hopefully reduce my bone loss due to osteopenia. I have had approximately 6 session and have been meeting my goals or exceeding them. The therapists have been great in working with me on the equipment and helping me to understand how the equipment is helping me to hopefully stop my bone loss. I have actually been working with them on the power plate which is a great overall workout. Thanks for all your help...
The Energy Bar has been extremely helpful with making my bones stronger! The staff is great and very helpful. Mat is able to explain everything for me and make it a very simple and fun experience! Thank you Energy Bar!
