Working with Jeff for a few sessions and following his suggestions completely changed the mechanics of my running. I only wanted to prevent injuries so I could participate in a 12 mile run with friends, but the results far exceeded my expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable and uses advanced software, film, and his expertise to identify exactly what is causing problems or limiting progress. Couldn’t more highly recommend the Endurance Factory. Great culture and facilities, if I lived closer I’d be there a lot more.

My daughter really wanted to do spend time working out with me and challenge herself. We couldn't have found a better, more welcoming place. Both of us can be introverted and everyone at the endurance factory has really helped both my kid and myself jump back into working out!
