Quick, professional and attentive. They fully monitor patient and treat you with respect. Have been multiple times since 2016 and the good care continues.
Wait time is bad. They have u arrive 1 hour prior to procedure overkill 30 min is plenty of time. Also check in clerk controls TV and they cater to democrats propaganda channels. Finally when checking in they don't allow spouse to go in prior to procedure only after procedure and there is no reasonable excuse or privacy issues for not allowing spouse. No other facility operates like this as several procedures with other facilities. Would not recommend this facility for a cystiscopy.
Very kind and efficient staff, from the front desk to the nurses to the procedure staff. I felt well cared for and my procedure went extremely well from start to finish. I would not hesitate to return for another procedure in the future.
Be prepared and tell your driver they will NOT let them leave! Also if your appointment is first thing in the morning, the building opens at 630am but the office door doesn't open until 645am. Just in case you were wanting to show up early as a curiosity to fill out paperwork. Overall it was quick and staff was great!
