I loved Dr. Aragon but because of unscrupulous billing practices I will not go back. Be sure you KNOW and UNDERSTAND the fine print that they have you sign BEFORE you have a procedure done there. They will NOT use your insurance company’s lab AND THEY KNOW THIS so expect to be unjustly charged BECAUSE you signed the form that states any OTHER charges you will have to pay. Dr. Nyce used to be great. That's changed. I've been so ill and going into anaphylaxis every time I eat; I've had to go to ER. A family friend/doc suspects systemic mastocytosis. Before I went to see Dr. Nyce, I called to make sure he could treat this. He personally said he could. I would not waste the gas to drive to this place you are wasting your time. The staff is rude billing status is horrible. Doctor did not even give a correct diagnosis to top all this off even if you have proof you paid your bill with printed transactions from your bank they will still put it in collects and upcharge you 30%. Then trying to talk to the collection agency is another issue i got hung up on 6 time and then the collections agent started singing on the phone and hung up again what a waste. If I could give 0 stars, I wouldn't hesitate! DO NOT GO TO THE CENTER FOR DIGESTIVE AND LIVER HEALTH AND ENDOSCOPY CENTER of Savannah, GA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will be tricked and lied to. ACTIVE DUTY, they do not comply with their Tricare contract and will charge you for services not covered. $450 to be exact! FYI active duty DO NOT have a copay!!!!!
