Mr Barton-Smith is fantastic and I would recommend anyone struggling with endometriosis to see him. He offers excellent expert opinion in a non-judgmental way, listens to you and answers all questions. I first saw him in February 2024 and had a successful laparoscopy for deep endometriosis at the Princess Grace hospital. One year on, I am in much-reduced pain and enjoying life again. I saw Peter for an initial consultation back in October and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I had an ultrasound with Prof Djurkovic beforehand, and in all honestly I found out more about my condition within an hour than I had done in many, many years. Both were highly professional, direct and honest. He talked me through all processes, the risks. The potentials of reoccurrence. Mr Barton-Smith showed nothing but kindness, compassion and professionalism. I really felt heard and listened to. Time was taken to make sure I understood the procedures I was having and the results of them. My options for treatment were clearly communicated and my personal circumstances taken into account. I can’t recommend highly enough!
Skilled surgeon, but lacks integrity, Peter-Barton-Smith, cleaning up after the NHS since March 2024. His diagnosis of deep endometriosis was not supported by his own histopathology, Peter Barton Smith removed my uterus and both ovaries because of what he now says was an endometrial polyp and some superficial aspects of endometriosis ...where are the remains of my children Peter?
