I could not have hoped for a better experience. From the initial call to book the appointment to the completion of the treatment I was so well treated. On the day the reception staff were very friendly, putting me at ease. Luis explained the procedure very clear, and did his upmost to make me feel comfortable. After 1 year of attempted root canal on a tooth I finally decided to book with the specialists. Dr John Edwards was my Endodontist and was very professional and reassuring. I had complete confidence in the procedure throughout and they made every step as comfortable as possible.
I am extremely nervous of dentists and was very apprehensive of having my route canal treatment but it was better than I would have ever dared hope. Luis explained everything really well and numbed my gums (which none of my dentists has done before) before giving me the injections I was dreading. I have had severe dental phobia which took lots of work to get over so being referred to have endontic work was a big deal . I immediately felt at ease when entering the practice and Dr Rhodes and the team were warm and friendly. I went on to have root canal work which due to the lovely environment and team was not stressful in the slightest …infact I was really impressed with how quick efficient and pain free the process was from start to finish!
