I was referred here by my regular dentist for root canal work on a very painful tooth. I was seen within a few weeks by Luis Ferrandez who carried out the work over two separate sessions. I subsequently returned for a couple of routine check-ups to make sure everything was settling down as expected. Absolutely brilliant From the very 1st moment , they were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Everything was handled efficiently and to the highest standard. I could not have hoped for a better experience. From the initial call to book the appointment to the completion of the treatment I was so well treated. On the day the reception staff were very friendly, putting me at ease. Luis explained the procedure very clear, and did his upmost to make me feel comfortable. After 1 year of attempted root canal on a tooth I finally decided to book with the specialists. Dr John Edwards was my Endodontist and was very professional and reassuring. I had complete confidence in the procedure throughout and they made every step as comfortable as possible.
I am extremely nervous of dentists and was very apprehensive of having my route canal treatment but it was better than I would have ever dared hope. Luis explained everything really well and numbed my gums (which none of my dentists has done before) before giving me the injections I was dreading.
