Super cool vintage and modern glass collections in this west village store. This place will amaze you as soon as you open the door.
What a great staff. I went in to look for a very specific type of glass that I collect and when the worker asked me what I was looking for I told him. He knew exactly what I was talking about and apologized that they didn’t carry it but he knew of an antique mall that might have some. Oddly enough I had just been to that same antique mall the weekend before and they did have the type of glass I was looking for. That man knows his glass! An all around pleasant experience and the store is beautiful!
Came to the store from Brooklyn and arrived at 5p on the dot. When I rang the bell to enter, the retail associate barely looked at me and shook his head. I was confused / wasn't sure what that was, so I stood there for a second and he opened the door to tell me he is closed. I asked if he closes at 530p as that's what it says online & on the door and he got sassy telling me he is with a client who asked for a private appointment (?) and then proceeded to ask "are you going to buy anything" - Well, I don't know as you literal... read more
