Pulte is a professional at over-promising and under-delivering. Signed a contract Jan. 2022, the were constantly on top of me for 15% down payment and promised me a home by September 2022. Almost 4 months after promise date and no home, blaming it on delays that were non existent. They have provided inaccurate information and are very unresponsive when asking for updates and won’t take ownership for their mistakes. Would not recommend this nightmare of a company to my worst enemy. Very deceptive and misleading!
