Nice, quaint neighborhood in a perfect area between Boerne and Leon Springs. The views aren't bad either.
It's ok I guess.
I would never buy another Pulte home. They have fraudulently sold us my home by claiming that the area behind me was a green space of which nothing could move in but the actual use of that green space is acid drainage easement and electrical utility easement for the power company and now I have a 50 foot power pole 3 to 4 feet off my back fence. They modified the plats that and we are having to seek legal ramifications to get our money back. They also do not take care of the neighborhoodand we are having to fight them to fix... read more
