I have lived in this complex apt for over a year as I just renewed my lease because the staff is fabulous especially Xavier. The maintenance guy. He’s so helpful and professional. I love living here. Also, Cindy the manager is the best manager of all complex apts. Move in and you won’t regret it !
I started my move in process back in March for a may move in. They do have specials going on most of the time. They word the specials to say "move in by a certain date to get this special". They do not say that special is only determined by when the application is sent and not move in day. I am someone who likes to get things done early, I got my application back in March with a move in day of May. This made me ineligible for the specials since my application date was 2 months ago. The Enclave at Stonebrook is a great place to live, a great place to raise a family, and the staff especially Becca are always wonderful to deal with I’m glad I lived here for so long, almost 14 years.
Moving in was a breeze even with personal delays in being able to pick up keys and begin actual move in. Sandy was very kind and helpful through my whole process despite the struggles that go with moving from hours away
