Charge improper fees after moving out. Poor communication throughout. Complaints will be made with bbb as well as Texas attorney general.
Rent somewhere else! Mr. Russell has refused to spray my house for scorpions. I do not see anything in the lease that specifies that I must wait 10 days before having pest control performed. There are a large number of scorpions and spiders in the house. In addition to paying a monthly fee, I am also severely allergic to scorpions. I asked Mr. Russell for his supervisors information. Gina is the absolute BEST and an AMAZING SWEET person!! She made my transition from Virgina to Texas so smooth when I had a horrible experience with a realtor. She went above and beyond for my fiancé and me and kept in constant communication with us. She deserves all her flowers!! This new community is beautiful, quiet, safe, and super friendly.
