Rent elsewhere. (Edited below) Still waiting on a lot of things to be fixed but on top of that my home is at 83 with the ac running and won’t come down . Charge improper fees after moving out. Poor communication throughout. Complaints will be made with bbb as well as Texas attorney general.
Rent somewhere else! Mr. Russell has refused to spray my house for scorpions. I do not see anything in the lease that specifies that I must wait 10 days before having pest control performed. There are a large number of scorpions and spiders in the house. In addition to paying a monthly fee, I am also severely allergic to scorpions. I asked Mr. Russell for his supervisors information.
