In the beginning very nice. Upon move out they changed for unnecessary things. And the apartment is under renovation. Changed for paint. Blinds that was already destroyed. Have left several messages and emails no one has responded. Don't rent from hear

I lived in the Enclave for about a year and really didn't like it. The only redeeming factor of this apartment is its proximity to the bike path/ UMD's campus, but to me, that was not worth the rest of the issues I had there. From the moment I moved in, it was clear the apartment had not been inspected since the previous tenants moved out. The kitchen was covered in a thick layer grease that was only removable with pure bleach and vigorous scrubbing. I lived in the Enclave for about 3 years (2017-2020). I did NOT have the best experience. My experiences are better listed: (1) When I moved in, I did not have any dressers in my room. It took me 6 months to get my first one and an entire year to get a second one. (2) I was told that I would lose my housing because I was being too loud. I met with a woman in the office and she said that she met with my neighbor twice which resulted in me getting two warning…….that I never knew about them!
