Do not rent here. Dealt with constant malfunctions in my apartment and incredibly slow maintenance for my whole lease. Staff are friendly but unresponsive to emails. Front security gate does not work. They charged for insufficient notice (despite the move out date being clearly stated in the lease) based on a technicality and gave basically no warning or information beforehand. We’ve had such a great experience at Enclave Apartments! Diana was amazing to work with, super helpful, friendly, and made sure we got everything we needed. She answered all of our questions, kept us updated, and really made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell she cares about the people she’s helping, and we’re so glad we had her guidance moving in.
Move in process easy, quick to respond to service requests, pool is nice and they have a wide variety of work out equipment. So far my experience has been very pleasant living in this community. I have a gorgeous view from my apartment balcony.
It’s been a great experience living at The Enclave at 1550! The community is beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained with great amenities. Diana made my move-in so easy—super helpful, friendly, and always quick to assist. She truly made me feel at home from day one. Highly recommend!
From the moment I submitted my application to move-in day, everything was a smooth and pleasant experience. Diana and Heather truly went above and beyond to understand my particular situation.
