I have tried for over a week to speak with the owner or supervisor about an employee there, a Kaitlyn Howard who has violated HIPAA by messaging myself a clients name and posting the clients name on social media making accusations of patient brokering. As well as enticing a physical fight and proudly sharing that she works at Encino detox. Encino detox saved my life and gave me purpose and comfort in the early stages of recovery I will always and forever speak highly of the facility the employees and facilitators.. 10/10 recommend. 120 days sober today!!
Staff was payment focused and parentlike. Definitely isn't for couples. Which is surprising since there are staff engaging in intimate relationships with clients and its "known" because of it being a supervisor. This isn't the only review I'm writing.
I would like to state that this place was very helpful to me . They help me with my medical health was there when I needed them. I would greatly suggest this place to any atic that is looking for a good detox place . You get your own room . Have a chef. The staff was every helpful and outgoing . My favorite is Penny she helped me though my time there . Was able to be there when I needed help . All tec help as will . I miss all my home mates we were like family.
