I would be very cautious about relying on the reviews for this facility. One thing that really concerned me was the difference between the reviews I saw online and what I experienced and observed while actually around the facility. Some of the overwhelmingly positive reviews appeared to come from accounts with little or no review history, and I personally questioned whether some of the people leaving those reviews had actually received treatment or worked at the facility. I would think twice before choosing this facility. My experience as a client was mixed. There were staff members who genuinely cared and helped me, but there were also significant problems with communication, case management, follow-through, and professionalism. I didn’t always feel included in decisions involving my treatment, and there were times when things that were discussed or promised weren’t followed through on. Not the treatment environment I expected As a client, one of the hardest parts of my experience was the lack of consistency. Different staff seemed to have different expectations, and communication wasn’t always clear. 0 stars. Very unprofessional. I have tried for over a week to speak with the owner or supervisor about an employee there, a Kaitlyn Howard who has violated HIPAA by messaging myself a clients name and posting the clients name on social media making accusations of patient brokering. As well as enticing a physical fight and proudly sharing that she works at Encino detox.
