Was great, the entertainment is amazing, food and coordinator's were great. Only negative would be stairs going to the bathroom. Makes it non wheelchair accessible for toilets.
We had my daughter’s Harry Potter themed 5th birthday at The Enchanted Palace, and I couldn’t recommend it enough! There isn’t anything else like it, you just rock up with your cake and balloons and the rest is done for you. Children’s games and prizes all sorted and the music was child appropriate. Jacky, the host was full of energy and super professional. It was two hours of full on fun!
Jacky was an absolute queen and took ALL the stress out of holding our daughter's 7th birthday party. Only needing to organise the cake, absolutely everything else was taken care of and the kids had the best time dancing under the disco lights. An amazing experience for all. Highly recommend.
Great party location, we have had two parties there now. Jacky is wonderful and runs the show so well, it makes it so easy for the parents. Also great for winter babies as it’s all indoors. Highly recommend!
We booked my daughters 10th Birthday Party in March, venue was nice, nice dance floor and sitting area for adults. My daughter did have a good time but we would have liked the option for the host to participate or not, the kids were put off by the involvement with host. She was absolutely lovely but the kids couldn't let loose properly. Had some issues with the host calling all the kids boys and girls, we needed to mention a few times they're all girls, although no harm done it was observed.
