What an amazing gem right here in Broomfield. Authentic shokupan every day! I buy it by the loaf....and if you're lucky, half-loaf ;) Also lucky that sometimes they have Katsu Sandos...but pork buns win too. Cute amazing place with a fantastic story of entrepreneurship by the owner Maki, and a totally family enterprise. Love this place and will keep supporting them as long as possible. So cute, so friendly, so good.
The pastries are super light and fluffy.. workers were so nice and smiling the entire time, hard to see that now a days
We first had The Enchanted Oven's cake at a friend's wedding two years ago and quietly decided then and there that if we ever got married, they had to do our cake. We ordered a tiramisu and a vegan, gluten-free mango coconut cake — both were absolutely delicious and a huge hit with our guests. Only one slice of each remained by the end of the night, which says everything. The cakes were delivered on time and in perfect condition. We're already looking forward to tasting our wedding cake again on our first anniversary.
