The Empress of Little Rock is truly one of the most beautiful and memorable places we have ever stayed. We had driven all the way from Georgia to California and were making our way back home when we stumbled upon this absolute beauty in Little Rock. We stayed here for one night, and I’m glad we got to experience the property because the house itself is beautiful and genuinely feels historic. Walking through it and seeing all of the period details was probably my favorite part of the stay. For one night and for the price, it can definitely be an interesting experience if that’s specifically what you’re looking for. The most exceptional and surprising hotel stay I have had in recent memory. The space is beautiful, every detail is stunning, you're instantly transported into a different time where things move slower and more comfortably. The sundries, the towels, the bedding were all sublime. A lovely continwntal breakfast. The Hemingway suite in the carriage house is strongly recommended. The wife and I stayed the weekend in the carriage house and had a simply lovely time. The room was clean and easily accessible. The staff was awesome, the house is a work of art filled with works of art, and they even have a small cathedral in the back. Parking was off street and literally right outside or room, making schlepping our items in and out very easy. It's location in the city make getting anywhere you may want to go very easy. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
