I had business in Little Rock and was blown away with how beautiful this gem is during my stay. Sometimes with older places like this they can be a bit tired looking. That is not at all the case with The Empress. It is elegantly appointed at every turn and in pristine shape. My stay was like time travel to another era. When travels bring me to Little Rock again I will be staying here again.
The breakfast left something to be desired but you can’t deny it was a unique stay. We stayed in the carriage house in the Hemingway suite. Got great sleep with the comfy mattress, pillows and the jacuzzi bath was very rejuvenating after a long day. Customer support could be better, as prices weren’t as advertised and I had to fight to get my money back after my card got charged for a higher price than what I paid on booking.com- beware of this when you go to book!
What a beautiful bed and breakfast it was very comfortable. The pillows the bed the room the whole house was perfect. Was able to visit with Amanda and Bernard both were very accommodating and sweet.
One of the most quiet and quaint places we've stayed at. The mansion is absolutely stunning with amazing decor from the late 1800's. Cannot ask for a better romantic stay!
