We had an amazing experience with the Empire Room, from our first tour to our wedding day. We fell in love with this venue right away because of the amazing natural light, beautiful chandeliers, and great location. Having an assigned event manager and multiple meetings / walk-throughs prior to our wedding day was so helpful, and made our planning process easier every step of the way. I had my wedding at the Empire Room on 9/27/25, and everything was fantastic. Over the last year, Georgie & Bayli have been huge helps-- Walking me through every detail & answering all of the millions of questions I had. On my wedding day, Terry & Bayli ensured everything ran smoothly. The space is also beautiful. My wedding was everything I dreamed, and spent over a year planning!
I attended a wedding at Empire Room where the wedding website promised complimentary parking with ticket validation. I followed the instructions exactly — brought my ticket inside to be scanned — yet I was still charged $8. Afterward, I spent weeks trying to resolve this. ABM (the garage operator) confirmed in writing that Empire Room is responsible for validating guest tickets and issuing refunds when validation fails. I attended a wedding at Empire Room recently, where guests were told parking would be complimentary with ticket validation. I followed the instructions exactly — brought my ticket inside to be scanned — but was still charged. Since then, I’ve spent weeks being bounced between Parkonect, ABM, Park Omaha, and Empire Room, with everyone pointing fingers instead of taking responsibility.
