Well today is the 24th Xmas eve I'm informed there is no check coming today in the mail from Equitable! My family Xmas as been completely jacked up thanks to Equitable beware of the fantasy suits and snake skin shoes. I wouldn't call them scammers but definitely Liars! When it comes to withdrawals I would give them a 0 stars if I could. 👎👎👎👎
Been waiting 6 Days for withdrawal to be mailed to 25miles away! Couldn't pick it up or have direct deposit Holiday Blues! Waiting what a joke! It's in the mail well today I called customer service today got Justin Anderson. I explained to him what my issues was he kindly listened to me. He was very professional he looked up my info. I work with Dan McAuliffe and his team. He is innovative with how he reduces risk and has far lower costs than the others I spoke to before moving my portfolio. I would highly reccomend working with Dan McAuliffe and his team at Equitable Advisors. Lastly if communication is important to you they have a proactive seevice model, I am constantly getting unprovoked updates!
I can’t say enough good about Equitable Advisors , maybe those who didn’t fare so well didn’t listen to your financial advisors advice. My advisor explains what I don’t understand, makes me aware of all the options I have and has been nothing short of amazing. If I need to withdraw money, there is never an issue and the money is there within a few days. I expect my investments to fluctuate and my advisor makes it so I don’t panic. I’m in for the long hall.
