Amazing rooms
We spent 4 nights at the Emily over Labor Day weekend. The property and service offered was exceptional. Quiet and well appointed rooms. The location is great, close to many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay there the next time we're in Chicago.
Fantastic hotel on West side. Customer service is excellent
I stayed here when it was the ACE. I enjoyed the rooms more back then. The rooms need a smidge updating I feel. The room I had, the AC was very loud, making whaaa, whaa, whaaa type of sound and the bed, just ok. At a discounted rate of $280 (w/ tax) it is still too high. The room I had should at most be priced at $175.
