The amenities are legit. I use the gym almost every day and it’s never crowded. Having a peloton row and a sauna in the building is a nice touch. Marisa didn’t just help me find my new apartment but actually gave me priceless Tampa suggestions since I’m new here, which she didn’t have to do. Very happy with my decision.
Ok yes I love my apartment, it’s beautiful, but the sense of community I have felt here has been what has kept me renewing the last 3 years. The events the ladies in the office put on (Marisa Laura and Sydney) are so thoughtful and you can tell they actually care. We had a sunset soirée last night (pics attached of how amazing the views are even during a storm) and it was great seeing everyone come together. I’ve been living at The Emerson for a few months now and have really loved it. The location is hard to beat, being right on the bay is beautiful, and I love being able to enjoy the views every day. I moved here from out of state, which was pretty overwhelming, but Sydney and Marisa made everything so easy. They were always quick to answer questions, helpful throughout the process, and made me feel comfortable from the start.
Living at The Emerson has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment I moved in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. There’s a real sense of community here, and I’ve made some great friends that have made it feel even more like home. Sydney was amazing throughout the leasing process and made everything so easy from the start. Marisa is always happy to help and goes out of her way for residents, which makes such a difference. The whole team genuinely cares, and it shows.
I’ve been at the Emerson for a few months now, and I love it. The property and views are beautiful, the apartment is clean and updated with a lot of space. A huge shoutout to Sydney and Marisa! They were both so friendly, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions and made everything feel simple and stress-free. I’m very happy with my decision!
