Merzernet did a wonderful job for wedding day despite me booking later then usual. She was very calm and collected and made me look so elegant as well as my bridemaids, mol, and mom. Thank you so much for being professional, kind,flexible and talented! <3

Eleni (Len) does not keep her word. She completely over highlighted my hair for what I was asking for. Ok fine, mistakes happen. I had to spend an additional 2 hours (totaling over 5 hours) there to fix her mistake. At the end of my service, she told me to text her in 2-3 weeks to let her know how my hair was looking and if I was displeased, she would fix it for free. I recently just received the Autumn Radiance Facial from Casey and it was AMAZING. My skin is still glowing!! I highly recommend getting a skincare service from Casey. She was so sweet and did an incredible job with my skin. It was so relaxing and the perfect start to my Saturday! Make sure to grab a smoothie and coffee after at SOUL Society!
