My daughter and I went down to Florence about 3 weeks ago to look at apartments. The Emerson was the last on our list. However, I know that without a shadow of a doubt that we have made the right decision. Ms. Paula (Property Manager) was extremely nice, caring, and thoughtful. I've had a great experience living at The Emerson! The location is so convenient to everything I need. The property manager has also been fantastic. She is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, she's been quick to help and made the process easy. I highly recommend The Emerson to anyone looking for a great place to live!
Love living here! The units are great and are in an awesome location with some really fun places right next door. Management is amazing and truly does there best to accommodate tenant needs! Paula does a great job and truly works her butt off for us tenants. Would definitely recommend if moving to the area!
My sister are moving to Florence SC , we were looking for a clean modern and affordable apartment in the downtown area. Visited Paula Moorer at the Emerson for a tour. We being new yo the area had lots of questions for Paula and changed our mind a few times. paula was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the best options and get the apartment ready for us. Would highly recommend this property to sny future residents.
