Paula made the move-in process easy! A great place to live!
We have been here 1 year and just renewed.Very quiet and great location in the heart of downtown.there are several nice restaurants within short walking distance.
Ms. Paula made the process of getting my first apartment a breeze! She makes my roommate and I feel very welcomed, like she has known us for years. She is the best property manager around! The units and the entire building are very clean and quiet. Wonderful amenities as well!
The Emerson is a great place to live! Clean, safe, great distance from downtown restaurants. Miss Paula is so outstanding and truly cares about making this a great place for everyone to live!
I lived here for a year before buying a house. It is extremely safe and convenient. The staff are wonderful. It's the only real luxury apartment option in Florence.
