This property is great! I’ve lived in four apartments throughout my life and have never had such a great experience. The property manager, Paula, is super helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live in Florence with friendly staff - this is the place to be!!
Living at The Emerson in has been nothing short of exceptional, and that’s largely because of Paula, the property manager. This is, by far, the best apartment complex in Florence. The location downtown is fantastic and the grounds and facilities are all kept in top condition. The apartments themselves are all quite upscale and the staff, led by Paula the property manager makes sure that every issue is addressed immediately. Paula herself is always friendly, responsive, respectful, and very dedicated to the property and her tenants! We’re lucky to have her and lucky to call the Emerson our home!!
Ms. Paula was great and made the process of applying and signing a lease so easy!!
