I've enjoyed living here. I relocated from another state, and Emerson had the fastest and simplest move-in process I've experienced. The community is pet-friendly, offers good walking areas, and includes a shaded parking garage.
I have loved living at The Emerson! Wonderful property in downtown Florence that has great access to shops, great parking, and nice modern apartments. Paula, the property manager, is also the BEST ever! She is available to help all the time and helps with anything you could need. Somewhere where people should be looking to live.
My daughter and I went down to Florence about 3 weeks ago to look at apartments. The Emerson was the last on our list. However, I know that without a shadow of a doubt that we have made the right decision. Ms. Paula (Property Manager) was extremely nice, caring, and thoughtful. I've had a great experience living at The Emerson! The location is so convenient to everything I need. The property manager has also been fantastic. She is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, she's been quick to help and made the process easy. I highly recommend The Emerson to anyone looking for a great place to live!
