Purchased a reference card on 1/14 and did not receive a tracking number after more than a week. I called multiple times during business hours and was only able to reach someone twice over nearly a week. One person stated she “didn’t work for the company and was just answering phones,” while the other claimed to be a company representative. Their courses on CPR and AED use are very good and you get plenty of hands-on practice. It is not very expensive. Highly recommended.
