Making this review for my friend who called me sobbing. All she asked for were a few layers with very little if any length taken off and a style. The stylist who did her hair cut very high layers, took off a lot of length, and cut her bangs without being asked. Then on TOP of that, instead of addressing my friends concerns about how it wasn’t what she asked for, the woman said there was nothing she could do about it because she had another client immediately after that. I got my hair done there 3-4 weeks ago.. the atmosphere was chill, the music was a vibeee. I went in for color correction which lasted hours(that's fine) but the young lady who did my hair barely spoke, she says it helps her focus better, which okay I understand but it made it a little awkward. I had hair dye rnning all down my face, down my neck, which actually caused an irritation rash cause I have such sensitive skin.and she left it on my face for other hairdressers to wipe it off. I like my hair but the stylist that did my hair went and colored her own hair while i was processing and she left hair dye on my scalp and forehead, i had to go home and get it off myself. It was very unprofessional since i was paying for a service. And another stylist said holy hair cut to me, i have a undercut. I tried to call and tell them i wasnt happy with the experience, but they just downplayed everything I complained about. Made it out to be no big deal. I wont be back.
Very good service! Will visit again.
