I never usually leave reviews, but I wanted to write one today. The treatment I received at the centre and how cared for I felt by Michelle and Claire, I am so grateful. They made me laugh during very uncomfortable moments and put my mind at ease throughout with re assurance and answered any questions I had. They explained everything very well and I never felt judged or pressured. I’ll never forget these ladies, thank you again.
I just want to express my gratitude to Carly , Lauren and other staff how they helped me through this difficult time . I am truly greatfull for the care they gave me at the emerald centre .thank you sooo much ..

After a horrible incident these lady's took good care of me putting me at ease friendly and loving and even do check up calls to see how you are after. I was given two bags & a present of bathroom essentials and clothes, snacks which made me cry after something like that happens its over - whelming kindness. Maddie is lovely and all the other staff ♥️
