The initial interaction confusing and borderline demeaning but by the end of the call it was cordial. However, instead of contacting me to clarify or attain specifics…they imagined their own specifics of the incident. They called me back with their assumptions of what occurred and rushed me off the phone. So unless you’ve been hit by an 18 wheeler that’s going to win them a truck load of money, don’t bother wasting your time or their time.
